A disappointing pool experience

The hotel looked nice, and the facilities seemed well-maintained. I appreciated the design aesthetic and cleanliness.

Unfortunately, we arrived late due to car trouble, and the staff were rude about our situation, denying our request to use the pool.

The breakfast selection was excellent but the

wifi was down for a few hours during our stay, which was inconvenient. On the plus side, the staff was very accommodating, quickly resolving issues as they arose. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the clean rooms.

Cathy at the front desk was super helpful when I had questions about my Bonvoy account, and the gym had all the equipment I needed for a good workout. I loved relaxing by the indoor swimming pool after a busy day. My only minor issue was the hot water at breakfast. it could’ve been a bit hotter for my tea. 🌟

Just a nice choice for a cursory stop in Washington with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me find a great local restaurant for dinner. If you need anything, just ask them. they're super helpful.

I loved the cozy ambiance. The delightfully spacious King Room was impeccably clean Plus, the relaxing outdoor patio with a fire pit was the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day.

It was super nice to relax and let them have fun after a long day exploring the city with my 4 teenagers. Great place for families!
